I paid £3950 for roofing works, including accessing the roof, realigning tiles, replacing damaged tiles, repointing and making good the chimney stack, cladding wooden facia, replacing guttering, painting timber apex and fitting bird spikes. I was happy with the work but unfortunately, corrective work was required to replace a couple of tiles and a number of bird spikes. I contacted Pro-Fit Roofing ,repeatedly, to rectify the work and promises were made to put matters right. Nothing came of the promises, and I left a negative review. Immediately after posting my review I was contacted by Pro-Fit who profusely apologised for failing to carry out remedial works and promised that the work would be done. The appalling weather did create a delay in the work being done but Pro-Fit kept in contact, and I am now satisfied that Pro-Fit Roofing have carried out the necessary work, with the assurance that any work under the guarantee will be carried out. It was a shame that there was a breakdown in communications and confidence, delaying the work, but this has been restored. I feel confident that if you have a problem following any work carried out by Pro-Fit, persist in any follow up.

Sidney the owner of js roofing services left my roof in a worse state then when he started, 9 broken tiles and a leak. Whilst working on the job he didn’t turn up 3 days out of 5 with pathetic excuses. He promised to return to fix the damage he caused but never did. Avoid, he is absolutely useless, avoid at all costs I’m now progressing down the legal route to get my money back, and have a proper tradesman fix the damage he has caused. He is clearly incompetent and has no idea what he is doing.

CLADWINDS are very easy to work with. No hard sell, they listen to your requirements and provide good suggestions to ensure you get a product we are happy with. Our aging conservatory had a complete refurbishment including replacement of frames and a new warm roof. We are delighted with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CLADWINDS.

I am absolutely thrilled with my finished product. My lean to 'conservatory' that I inherited with my house when I bought it was really a wreck. I wanted to use it as living space though, otherwise it would have been better to knock it down. I had different people come round and tell me how I could make it liveable, though I just never felt confident after any of the visits to proceed. I knew I wanted a proper company that specialised in such projects. I'm not sure how I found PLC Products. From an internet search where someone referred companies I think? Phil, the Owner, came first of all. It wasn't a straight forward solution that was required, so he called Nick, the Director, and he just sorted it in minutes! It was amazing. Phil came back and brought Nick once I was definite, to make sure the solution would work. The price was comparable with other quotes I'd had, and they could get me the sliding windows I wanted that other companies told me I couldn't have. The standard of workmanship, and just as important if not more so, the manner of everyone involved, from the installers, to the plasterers and electrician was just superb. Incredible actually. I had a little something that needed looking at straight after, and something that appeared several months later (I live right on the wild West Cumbrian coast) and a visit from Martin the install team leader was immediately arranged. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. I almost want to find another project just so I can do business with them again. They really are a very special company that I highly recommend. Thanks guys, you truly009 are the best!

The products installed are of an excellent quality and these were at an affordable price. The installers were efficient, courteous and excellent service given throughout the sales, surveying and installation process.
