From advice to measuring and then fitting Needhams were helpful, friendly and polite. Martyn fitted our doors, he was really helpful and left no mess! I was so impressed with how tidy the job was. The new doors look great and have already had an impact in keeping the house warmer. Thank you.

Had some broken tiles after a storm . Peter came right out and resolved the issue and replaced more tiles than initially thought at no extra cost . Brilliant service and a really nice guy .

Our first time using 5 star windows. Very pleased with our service from start to finish. From sales to surveyor. Front of house team. We were especially pleased with the work carried out by the fitting team. Amir Khan, and Theo Glass. Very professional, outstanding product knowledge, everything explained, both were very polite, tidy, and approachable. The doors and windows look great. We are really pleased. Great value for money and a pleasure to do business with. We have had new windows followed by a conservatory and are waiting for a recently ordered porch. The aftersales service has been excellent (only a couple of minor glitches quickly rectified). Gary and Rob our conservatory installers both deserve a mention they were superb tradesmen.
