We’re extremely happy with the fitting of our new uPVC windows and roofline work. The workmanship is excellent and everything was completed to a very high standard. John walker was polite, friendly but professional and there was no ‘hard sell’’ which is very rare these days! The fitter Phil was professional, tidy and clearly took pride in his work. The windows look fantastic and have made a huge difference already. We will definitely be using Walkers Windows again in the future and recommend them to anyone considering similar work. When we decided to replace our 37 year old patio door, Walkers Window World was our first choice. John Walker replaced all of our windows and doors and installed our conservatory in 2002 so we knew first hand that the quality of their products and workmanship is absolutely top notch. Fitter Phil arrived on time and carried out the work in an efficient and friendly manner. His attention to detail is quite exceptional and he explained the locking system clearly. He also added some nice finishing touches. All rubbish was removed and everything left neat and tidy. We are delighted with our new door. A first class job by a first class company.

PCL came on time and on the appointed day. The team took the old roof off the conservatory and we had a wind and waterproof structure in place by the end of the day. Impressive start. Over the next three days the whole of the insulated roof was completed. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. Whichever team was working on our conservatory, they all tidied up and cleaned up at the end of the day. Everything was taken away at the end of the build. We are delighted with the end result and can highly recommend this company. From the initial quotation to the completion of the work, everything was of the highest standard.

I used Kalglass based on a recommendation from our neighbour. I honestly can't complain. The service was fantastic. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly. Konstantinos, who took the measurements, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and gave me excellent advice on what to choose. The entire installation process, which was handled by Alex and Vasile, was really quick and efficient. They did a really great job. They were meticulous, no mess whatsoever. Warranty Claim at almost the end of the 10 year warranty period. Rubber seal affixed to bottom of external door became detatched. New seal assembly fitted .Door hinges adjusted to prevent seal excessive rubbing on threshold Neat and tidy experienced technician promptly in attendance. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Our hand built 40yr + conservatory needed a new roof and door(updating) .Also we required an insulated one .We will decided to ask Elephant windows for their suggestions as to what was required, and they suggested a sloping roof conservatory,double glazed with insulated plastic roof.At a price which was very competitive compared with another quote we had had. We were very pleased with the result.We couldn’t fault the builders ,also the fitters of the conservatory.Only fault was that the door wouldn’t fit properly after completion (gaps round the edges).Spoke to Elephant who promptly send the fitter back to adjust.Thank you to all involved at Elephant windows for being so helpful during and the after sales service.Will use again if needed. Ps,site left clean and tidy ,old conservatory disposed of by Elephant windows.
