I cannot rate anything less than 5* for this company, from start to finish of completing my whole house of windows replacements they have been fair, detailed, professional, understanding and produced excellent quality of work, Dan & Rich are highly experienced and knowledgable and even dealt with minor issues that they did not have to!

Still waiting since December!!!! for our Kitchen Cupboard Door to be put back on as it is still sitting on the floor waiting for hinges to be fixed. Why is it taking so long??? I have phoned Accent messaged directly to Bensons and spoke on the phone and we are still waiting!!! Slow service!

Quality of product first class. Communication by telephone, email, and any paperwork was clear and concise, and I was kept up to date at all times.
Workmanship was very good, and the fitters were polite, and answered any questions which were raised.
They were clean and tidy and left everything in good order.
Perhaps the window cleaning could have been a little better!
On the whole a very good job, and I would highly recommend this business.
