A bespoke replacement window for Wiveliscombe Community Centre. Perfect for the Centre needs - attractive and energy efficient, replacing an old Georgian style metal frame window which was not weathertight. The replacement was challenging due to the large size and height of the window, but the installation was completed very professionally and efficiently, with no further work required. We had the tilt and turn doors installed yesterday by five star windows and conservatories. Amir and Theo did an excellent job and we are delighted with the product. There was a slight issue with the window on one side which we discovered late last night and the chaps were back this morning soon after 9 o’clock and resolved it straight away . Both Amir and Theo worked extremely hard throughout the day and were polite and courteous at all times. I would certainly hope to use both of them again if we were to have further windows installed by five star.. please thank them very much on our behalf. I have used Prestige Plastics a few times. Every single time they exceed my expectations. From Melissa and Danielle organising everything, nothing is too much trouble. Scott making sure everything is 100% spot on. David the fitter, lovely, polite man, it is always left so tidy, everything is perfect. I wouldn’t trust any other fitter. We had replacement windows and doors as well as new conservatory windows and roof. December 2025. We are very pleased with both the quality of the products and the finished work Russell and the team were very helpful and provided good advice whilst we chose designs. The Fitting itself was on time and the whole team were very professional, efficient, and tidy. We are happy to recommend them.

Just moved into a cottage in beaconhill and really needed a new window fitted in a bedroom, as its a cottage I've gone with sash windows as they fit in with are property , and will be getting the others done in time , the service from Kalglass was excellent, Louise was great to work with choosing the window and fitting, slawek fitted the window with no problem's, really great work from him and this company and really good quality windows, will definitely use again . The team have completely transformed our lives, our new space making our home bigger with more space and overall warmer replacing a cold conservatory with a usable area. Thank you to the team Ian and his crew, Martin & Kev, plus Craig for the electrics. The communication with George at Head Office was brilliant with full support at all times.
