My initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently and being slightly unusual ( windows and doors for a garden building ) Derek telephoned to discuss in some detail. This was followed up with a site visit during which Derek was very helpful and informative. Having accepted the quote, the timescale was estimated at 3-4 weeks - in fact it took less than 2 weeks. The fitters were fantastic - Alan and Daniel were pleasant, polite and left the site very clean and tidy. The product itself appears to be of good quality with a very solid feel. I would definitely use Omega again.

We’re thrilled with our extension. Every member of the team from start to finish were fantastic. Five start offer a five star service and what they promise you is what you get. This is the second time we’ve used them because they are a company who are trustworthy and reliable.

Just had a wetroom installed by James, the workmanship was excellent, explained everything going forward and nothing was to much trouble, very polite and courteous young man, I,m super happy with it, James is a massive asset to your company and I wish him well for the future.

Had All bright windows to replace the polycarbonate roof on my lean to conservatory with a new sold roof system. I couldn't be happier with the work they did, it's transformed this space from a tired looking conservatory to a room we can now enjoy all year round. The guys who did the fitting were friendly and approachable from the start and didn't stop working from when they arrived until the job was done. If anyone is looking for a solid roof to replace your noisey conservatory roof, you could do a lot worse than give these guys a call.
