From start to finish, we’ve had such a brilliant experience. It all started with our initial meeting with Ethan, who was incredibly friendly and patient. He took the time to go through lots of different choices of doors and glass with us, making sure we were completely happy with every detail and that everything was exactly what we wanted. He then confirmed all the details with us over email before the doors were ordered, which gave us great peace of mind.
We were given a date for the doors to be completed, and the whole process was kept really straightforward. The surveyor came out and advised us that some additional work, including having a few bricks redone, would be needed. They were able to arrange and deal with this for us, which took so much pressure off and made the whole process much easier.
When it came to fitting the doors, Zac was fantastic. He was really polite, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure we were completely happy with the finished result before leaving.
A huge thank you also to Brandon, who patiently answered my endless questions throughout the process, and to Kate, who followed up with us after the doors were completed to make sure everything was okay. That level of customer service really stood out.
The doors look amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. I also think it’s great that they offer finance options, making their products more accessible and affordable for everyone.

In the year 10th November 2000 we purchased Two patio doors for an extension. In June 2010 we purchased another patio door for the lounge and to this day all 3 Patio doors are looking good and haven’t any problems we believe this is down to the company Rydale windows for not cutting corners giving a good service and employing the right people for the job. Then in 2024 we had new windows the same applies good service. Then on the 15 May this year we moved to a bungalow we had a conservatory built we are over the moon couldn’t have been designed any better the builders Ian and Martin worked none stop even in the heat of 30 degrees also like to mention the guys who put it all together Mark and Tony the electrician Jimmy couldn’t fault the crew they all did there part, They were all polite new what they were doing so thank you guys for a wonderful job.We would recommend Rydale windows without a shadow of a doubt.Thanks again Rydale windows .

I was pleased with the work with Profit. It was a very difficult old slate roof. The lads worked very hard and Billy was there every day to oversee the job. Anything that I was not happy with, they put it right before they left.

Absolutely amazing workmanship. From start to finish. Storm damage pulled the fascias from the side of my house. From contacting David Brunskills Windows Ltd right to fitting I can not fault them. Professional right through. They cleared all the fallen debris and removed the fascias that were still fixed and thoroughly tidied up afterwards.
They fitted my windows and doors over 17 years ago and they are still like new, so I had no hesitation in using them again.

Hi All
The company was involved in replacing the gutters and fascia work. It was completed but not to the satisfactory standard. After couple of months, the gutter down pipe that company installed by the kitchen window keeps sliding up and down and hopper comes out frequently. When the down pipe slides the condenser pipes come out.
Despite of contacting the company, no further response regarding when they will fix the problem properly. It is classic example of poor quality workmanship. Please see image for guidance.
