Would not hesitate to recommend this company everyone I came in contact with were very helpful and informative and the guys that fitted our roof and doors were extremely tidy polite and very obliging.

We found Provincial Windows to be remarkable. The customer service is genuinely 1st class. Special mention to Chris! Our windows and conservatory were originally fitted in 2010 and have been solid with no issues in all that time. I called them to take a look at a tiny leak in the conservatory after an extreme storm and they came out the very next day and didn't try to sell me anything un-necessary. A quality business with quality products. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Provincial Windows.

Visited Omega and liaised with Derek, who provided us with all the information we needed to know and kindly gave us a tour around the manufacturing area, which was most interesting to view the products.
Derek kindly carried out a prompt survey of our property and provided a quotation for windows and doors at a very competitive price, which we were very pleased with.
The work was completed within weeks of the order, and we are extremely pleased how the property has been transformed.
The installation team, Alan & Dan did an excellent job. Overall their quality of work, customer service, and efficiency were first rate.
We sincerely thank Omega and the team for their expertise. We would have no hesitation in recommending Omega Lifestyle.

Many thanks for your help with our patio window locking problem. Paddy was able to fit us into his busy schedule yesterday and spent over an hour methodically trying to solve the problem which, thanks to his persistence, he eventually did. The door/window now locks and we feel secure. A terrific service from your company for which my wife and I are most grateful.
