What an absolute disgrace! I'm a council tenant this company came to do my flat roof. It was raining and the forecast was given rain for the next few days I have family that have over over 30 years roofing experience and wouldn't start a flat roof in this weather absolute cowboys didn't care about my opinion. Just wanted to get the job done and spoken to me like a child do not recommend this company this was before they even did the job no customer relations pure rudeness!

Cannot thank PCL Building Products Ltd enough for the outstanding service and workmanship they delivered when replacing our conservatory roof. From initial contact, site survey, installation and aftercare the process was seamless; the team even went above and beyond to accommodate our preferred installation timelines to ensure no disruption for our house cats. There was a slight hiccup on day one of the install, however, appropriate steps were taken to address it before we were even aware there was an issue and we were fully briefed and kept up to date throughout. Regardless, the entire job was completed to a very high standard and it only took 4 days; the on site team were punctual, friendly, tidy, worked hard and did a great job - what more can you ask for! Honestly, our new roof has been life changing, we now have a “conservatory/garden/sun-room” that can be used and enjoyed by the whole family all year round - we absolutely love it, thank you PCL! 10/10 recommend upgrading to a warm roof from PCL, you won’t regret it.

Would not hesitate to recommend this company everyone I came in contact with were very helpful and informative and the guys that fitted our roof and doors were extremely tidy polite and very obliging. I 100% recommend this company
