I can only give100% 5star review. We had new windows fitted on behalf of the council by nationwide windows and doors on 28/4/2026 at our flat in Cv82ej. We were most impressed with the communication and workmanship carried out by Arron and Ben. Which is more than I can say for the office staff we made several calls but kept being told the lady who deals with our area would call us back never happened. Arron and Ben who we have never met before kept us updated with what they were doing and were extremely polite and helpful the windows to me were fitted extremely well I felt sorry for them being a 3rd storey flats lot of lugging up and down stairs with 6 new windows and taking down 6 old windows plus all the tools they needed including there hover. The guys cleaned up after themselves and as we are disabled they took down our net curtains and refitted them after. Thank you Arron and Ben highly reccomend these guys I tried calling the office again 3 days after completion to see if the scaffolding was coming down before the weekend but again struggled to get answers. Eventually I got a call back late afternoon on the Friday to say it would be dismantled on Tuesday after bank holiday that didn’t help as scaffolding blocking our shed door and unable to open to get our mobility scooter out meaning mg partner couldn’t go out . Such a shame we were let down

Over the moon with the service and quality of workmanship we have received. The two guys that fitted the windows were amazing- they even walked my Westie!!! Had minimal wait time and Kerrie and Nick are so nice to deal with. great value all round

Fitter Duncan arrived at 08.15 so 15 mins early. He had all the Correct tools and undertook the job Perfectly without any concerns. He was polite and Trustworthy. He respected my property and cleaned up after the job was completed. Duncan finished fitting my door and handed me the three Door keys at 10.51. So total fitting time for door and frame modification was 2hr ,36 mins from arrival to departure.

We were recommended to Kalglass by our neighbours as they have now replaced the windows in a number of houses on our development. From the first contact with Kostas, Kalglass have been an absolute pleasure to deal with; extremely professional, responsive and caring and the product is first class. I cannot rate anything less than 5* for this company, from start to finish of completing my whole house of windows replacements they have been fair, detailed, professional, understanding and produced excellent quality of work, Dan & Rich are highly experienced and knowledgable and even dealt with minor issues that they did not have to! Still waiting since December!!!! for our Kitchen Cupboard Door to be put back on as it is still sitting on the floor waiting for hinges to be fixed. Why is it taking so long??? I have phoned Accent messaged directly to Bensons and spoke on the phone and we are still waiting!!! Slow service!
