A Business doesn't last for 40+ years, without being good at what it does. We first used them in the mid 1990's at our previous address, when they replaced all of the windows and doors, and replaced a picture window with a patio door. We moved to our current address in 2017 and we were only ever going to use one firm to replace a full width patio door, back door and window. Eight years later, there was a problem with one of the three large units making up the patio door. A 10 year Guarantee is worthless if the firm doesn't last 10 more years. Rydale were brilliant. I contacted them by email (8 years later, remember) with photographs attached. I was contacted the next working day, asked to send some more photographs, and then - a few days later, I was contacted again, to arrange when they could come to fit the replacement unit. Phil was very professional, took very little time to do the job, and made no mess at all. He even cleaned and polished both sides of the new unit. Thanks Rydale, you're very good at what you do!

Thank you - help in ordering good. The fitters arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently & explained how to work the door in a way I could understand and helped me to practice.

A bespoke replacement window for Wiveliscombe Community Centre. Perfect for the Centre needs - attractive and energy efficient, replacing an old Georgian style metal frame window which was not weathertight. The replacement was challenging due to the large size and height of the window, but the installation was completed very professionally and efficiently, with no further work required. Mike and Andy couldn't have been more helpful. A much needed upgrade, and at short notice, thank you. R Young Trustee
