I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows, being very wary of tradesmen after having one local company, supply substandard windows and sent off site I contacted West Country Windows, they we’re professional in every step of the ordering, explaining each step from initial measuring to the install. The installation went extremely well considering I have an old house, took great care and cleaned up as they went, leaving very little to do afterwards. I’m so pleased there are still companies like this, who take great pride in the work they do

Had all my windows, doors and a conservatory roof replaced and West Country windows were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all window related matters. They were reliable, thoughtful whilst working on site and generally very friendly. House looks great, is super cozy and I’m really happy with the end result. Highly recommend them

We had all our windows replaced on our home, the representative that provided our quote was very thorough and helpful in guiding when choosing our windows. The team that fitted the windows were professional and efficient. The windows are great quality and have made such a difference with keeping the house warmer. I have used West Country Windows on two occasions now. On both occasions the service has been excellent, right from the initial contact, survey, through to fitting. The fitters have been really professional in their approach and have done an excellent job both times. The quality of the windows is excellent which is why we returned to West Country Windows again.

When we needed a couple of windows replaced, we looked around for a local company which manufactured their own. Following a visit from James who was happy to answer our queries, we accepted their quotation. We asked if the windows could be fitted before Christmas, they didn't disappoint. The fitters came as arranged and did a thoroughly professional job. Their workmanship was outstanding and they were professional and friendly throughout, sustained by coffee and cake which we were happy to supply! Their demeanour really stood out to us - in particular we didn't hear a single swear word and we didn't have to put up with a radio blaring in the house. We are not prudes but these small details make a big difference as they show respect for the customer and an appreciation that they are in somebody's home. We cannot comment on the performance of the windows yet as that needs time, but they certainly look solid and high quality. Based on our experience to date, I thoroughly recommend West Country Windows

This is outstanding x 2!.This is the second time we have been to West Country Windows. In both instances for new doors. The first time took us back for the second. In both instances the service has been impecable, delivered willingly and the whole team buys into the concept. Spencer doing the quotation, Dale the deliveries and Colin the instalation and the back room team of administration and manufacture were equally impressive.Delivered on time to quality and fitted with the minimum of fuss considering we had to be away and leave then to it. They arrived to set up the day before and explain what was happening Outstanding service and company.
